Pricing questions
What counts as a member?
Anyone who can sign in counts as a member, admin or not. Agent identities you create for automation are free (they count toward the limit only on the Free plan).
What happens at the Free limit?
The Free plan includes 5 members and 5 connected MCPs. You can browse the full verified catalog; connecting a sixth MCP is blocked until you upgrade to Pro. Pausing one does not free a slot, and nothing is deleted.
Can members connect catalog apps themselves?
Yes. Free and Pro workspaces use the verified catalog in self-service mode. The workspace owner can also finish technical setup for company credentials and custom endpoints. Enterprise adds managed review and rollout rules by app, category, and team.
Is Passport CLI a separate product?
No. Passport CLI is included on every plan and uses the same access, approvals, app selection, and activity as MCP-connected clients. Named automation keeps its assigned controls and activity trail. See the CLI guide.
Do you offer annual invoicing?
Monthly billing by card is available on every paid plan. For annual invoicing, email us; it is available on Enterprise.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Passport runs as one container plus Postgres, with the identical gateway, catalog, and enforcement. During early access, email us for the image. See the self-host guide.
How do I cancel?
Cancel yourself anytime from Settings → Billing through the Stripe portal, no email required. You keep your paid plan until the period ends, then move to Free; your data stays until you delete the workspace.
